Memcus Inc (also doing business as Qabacus) is a pre-revenue R&D stage advanced technology research and development company established as a US Delaware C-corporation on 10-2018. The company plans to sell its products and services in 2027.

Memcus team members currently focus on the following R&D Topics:

• AI Software Systems (Agentic AI, RAGs, Fine-Tuning, LLMs, ML, MLOps)

• Semiconductor AI Memory Chip Design and Fabrication

• AI Inference Model Cybersecurity & Reliability

• Private Cloud Datacenter Design and Deployment (HPC for AI Models)

• Public Cloud Datacenter Integration for Private AI Systems (AWS, Azure, GCS)

To accomplish this noble technology development goals Memcus partners with federal government laboratories (Department of Energy), Leading Academic Institutions (MIT & Harvard) and West coast labs at Stanford, Berkeley, CIT (coming soon), Multinationals (Intel), Open Source Communities (Linux Foundation/RISC-V), 3rd Party AI Service providers, as well as talented individuals (citizen engineers and scientists) and in-garage hackers !
